Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on card games only if the packaging is unopened and in its original condition. Due to the nature of card games, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@jokeyjoy.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for returning the item to us in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable shipping charges. Please allow 5 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for card games if the original packaging was damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at sales@jokeyjoy.com within [Insert Timeframe] days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging in your email.

Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item to us. Upon receiving the returned item, we will ship out a replacement item to you free of charge.
